Qualified Chartered Accountant and Auditor, has always combined academic activity with consulting. He has specialised in business, asset and financial products evaluations. In his career he has been Director and member of the supervisory boards in listed companies, banks and other entities. From 2004 he operates as nominated expert for the Italian Authority for the Electric and Gas Energy. He is currently an independent member of the Board of Directors of Banca Finint S.p.A. He is the author of many publications about corporate finance and collaborates with the most important research centres. He has a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Bocconi University; from 2006 he is Full Professor of Corporate Finance at Cà Foscari University.

Qualified Chartered Accountant and Auditor, she worked for leading accountancy and tax practices where she has gained experience in the tax and corporate governance area, in Italy and abroad. Since 2012 she has been Adjunct Professor at Cà Foscari University and has been teaching corporate finance at CUOA Business School. She has a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Legislation from Bocconi University.

Following her roles in the Controlling and Finance department in multinational companies, she joined the business consulting sector by gaining a consolidated experience in the governance, evaluation and business modelling areas. She has a proven track record in M&A transactions, both national and international. She has a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Cà Foscari University and an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Management from CUOA Business School.

After the experience in a leading wealth management firm, he joined the banking sector as director of the Wealth Management department of a primary Italian bank. He is currently an independent financial advisor. He follows individuals and families in their investment strategies. He also supports companies in their strategic planning. He has a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Bocconi University and an Executive Master’s Degree in Banking&Finance from CUOA Business School of Vicenza.

Qualified Chartered Accountant and Auditor. Following his experience in tax area and consulting as an external financial controller, he gained technical skills in the Evaluation and Business Modelling areas. He has a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Cà Foscari University.

His career starts at the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK, in London, where he dealt with internationalisation services for businesses. He then worked as an advisor at a primary boutique accountancy and tax advisory practice in London, supporting SMEs, both listed and not, in the accounting and finance area. He has a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Cà Foscari University of Venice.
